Product Description
ESD Antistatic G10 / FR-4 offers a number of important advantages over other ESD products. The laminated sheet is made from electrical glass cloth or glass mat impregnated with epoxy resin, high temperature resin and anti-static resin under pressure.
It combines high mechanical strength and heat resistance with good, uniform anti-static performance.
Features
- • Overall anti-static value of 106 – 109 Ω
- • Good heat resistance and moisture resistance
- • Low water absorption, does not deform easily
- • High mechanical properties and excellent machinability
- • Maximum temperature resistance of 180°C
- • Warpage: 0.3% (above 10mm thickness)
- • Thickness tolerance: ±0.1mm
